• Ready to make your mark and drive high growth at a global level? • We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Market Research Manager • You’ll be pivotal in the research and insights team to manage quantitative research projects • You’ll support client relationships as part of our business management effort • Uncover growth opportunities within our existing client base by harnessing research technology • Champion client briefing sessions and collaborate to craft compelling project proposals • Create impeccable questionnaire designs that align with client briefs • Lead end-to-end project management for approved initiatives • Oversee project lifecycle, from initial set-up to analysis plans for final data delivery • Develop comprehensive client reports packed with valuable insights ready for presentation • Offer actionable recommendations to enhance our clients’ brand positioning and strategy
• 8-10 years in quantitative research role • Experience of client-facing • Previous operational and project management (including questionnaire design, insight generation etc) • Proficiency in segmentation, U&A (Usage and Attitude), innovation studies (concept testing) • Familiarity with FMCG sector • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Attention to detail • Meticulous eye for detail, steadfast commitment to maintaining consistency and accuracy • Good working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) - a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sociology, or related fields of study • Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving, ensuring top-tier work within stipulated timelines
