Description

• Bondex is helping a gaming client find a Discord Community Manager. • Key role in building, nurturing, and engaging Discord community. • Monitor, moderate, and manage community sentiment on Discord. • Protect the community from bots and other malicious actors. • Engage with community members, addressing their questions, welcoming new members, and maintaining ongoing dialogue. • Organize and coordinate online community events on Discord. • Develop and implement processes for onboarding new members. • Plan and execute community-building programs and incentive initiatives. • Create and manage high-quality, branded content for community engagement. • Actively participate in social media to promote community events and updates. • Serve as a key advisor on best practices in web3 and community engagement. • Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay community insights. • Analyze community data and report on the success of community growth and engagement initiatives. • Recommend improvements to community engagement strategies and tools.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering and implementing successful communication strategies in the web3 space. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the web3/crypto industry, with a focus on community management. • Time Zone : ECT (European Central Time) overlap minimun 3-4 hours • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. • Experience managing Discord communities with over 10K members. • Familiarity with NFTs, web3, and metaverse concepts. • Experience in content creation, including writing and basic graphic design. • Strong knowledge and passion for the gaming industry. • Familiarity with integration and management of Discord bots. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment • Active participation in the crypto community with a strong social media presence • Ability to analyze and interpret community data to drive strategy improvements.
