Description
• Develop and deploy features across our platform, ensuring seamless functionality. • Collaborate with the Founder to select the best tech stack and practices. • Partner with Design team to bring polished, user-friendly interfaces to life. • Prototype, experiment, and iterate on new features to validate ideas. • Prioritise high impact-to-effort ratio solutions. • Regularly update the team on project progress and seek out solutions.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience across both front-end and back-end development. • Comfortable with JavaScript/ TypeScript , Python , React.js, Node.js, Git, Vercel, GCP. • Key role in at least two web-based products live and maintained for a minimum of a year. • Bonus points if this experience includes FinTech or Web3. • Proficient in managing relational databases using SQL. • Experience in building reliable, high-performance software. • Comfortable with ambiguous requirements and proactive in finding clarity. • Effective communicator and collaborator in an asynchronous, remote team environment.
