• Formulate and implement strategies for community growth and active engagement, working closely with the marketing and product teams. • Create engaging content and memes to educate and entertain the community. • Detect and communicate significant community feedback and market opportunities to the team. • Set up and manage Discord channels, ensuring proper permissions, bots, and security protocols are in place. • Track, analyze, and report on the community's dynamics and the success of different campaigns, proposing strategies for betterment. • Organize and execute community events, both virtual and physical.
