• From Bondex, we're recruiting a Campaign Operations Manager who is looking for a new challenge and ready to join an exciting new chapter to expand the clients value proposition in the Web3 realm. • The mission of this positions is to play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the marketing initiatives of our client. • You will oversee our clients campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and that deliverables are of the highest quality. • Your main responsibilities as a Campaign Operations Manager will be: • Leading projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, content, and data entry, to ensure a seamless campaign execution that meets quality standards. • Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans and objectives for each project or campaign. • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, client feedback, and industry best practices. • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that all deliverables for our clients meet the highest standards of excellence. • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction. • Monitor and analyze the performance of projects/campaigns, using our internal metrics dashboards to evaluate areas of success, and to identify areas for improvement. • Prepare and present reports to clients and CEO to track progress. • You will act as a secondary layer to assist the primary point of contact in onboarding and campaign execution. • They will coordinate with clients as necessary and in accordance with instructions from the direct point of contact. • Understanding client goals, requirements, and expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention remains a core factor of this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven at least 4 years work experience as a Campaign Manager / Coordinator or Project Manager. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • A basic understanding of technology is required and experience with low/no-code tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Make experience is a huge plus. • Experience in influencer/KOL management, preferably in the Web3 sectors.
