• Oversee campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring client's needs are met. • Lead projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution. • Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans for each campaign. • Provide insights based on market trends and client feedback. • Conduct quality assurance checks for all deliverables. • Monitor and analyze project performance using internal metrics dashboards. • Prepare and present progress reports to clients and CEO. • Understand client goals to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven at least 4 years work experience as a Campaign Manager / Coordinator or Project Manager. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • A basic understanding of technology is required and experience with low/no-code tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Make experience is a huge plus. • Experience in influencer/KOL management, preferably in the Web3 sectors.
