• Recruiting a Campaign Operations Manager to expand clients' value proposition in the Web3 realm. • Play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of marketing initiatives for our client. • Oversee clients' campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. • Lead projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and client feedback. • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of excellence. • Address any issues or concerns to maintain client satisfaction. • Monitor and analyze performance of projects/campaigns using internal metrics dashboards. • Prepare and present reports to clients and CEO to track progress. • Act as a secondary layer to assist in onboarding and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven at least 4 years work experience as a Campaign Manager / Coordinator or Project Manager. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • A basic understanding of technology is required and experience with low/no-code tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Make experience is a huge plus. • Experience in influencer/KOL management, preferably in the Web3 sectors.
