• Oversee clients campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring that clients' needs are met and that deliverables are of the highest quality. • Lead projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution that meets quality standards. • Assist in the creation and execution of strategic plans and objectives for each project or campaign. • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, client feedback, and industry best practices. • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence. • Monitor and analyze the performance of projects/campaigns using internal metrics dashboards to evaluate areas of success.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven at least 4 years work experience as a Campaign Manager / Coordinator or Project Manager. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and team members. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • A basic understanding of technology is required and experience with low/no-code tools such as Zapier, Airtable, Make experience is a huge plus. • Experience in influencer/KOL management, preferably in the Web3 sectors.
