Description

• Bondex seeks a Discord Community Manager for our gaming client's Discord community. • Key responsibilities include community engagement, event organization, and data analysis. • Advocate for best practices in web3 and community management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in delivering and implementing successful communication strategies in the web3 space. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the web3/crypto industry, with a focus on community management. • Time Zone : ECT (European Central Time) overlap minimun 3-4 hours • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. • Experience managing Discord communities with over 10K members. • Familiarity with NFTs, web3, and metaverse concepts. • Experience in content creation, including writing and basic graphic design. • Strong knowledge and passion for the gaming industry. • Familiarity with integration and management of Discord bots. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Active participation in the crypto community with a strong social media presence. • Ability to analyze and interpret community data to drive strategy improvements.
