Description
• Develop and deploy features across our platform, ensuring they function seamlessly across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. • Collaborate directly with our Founder to select the best tech stack and practices that consistently deliver high value to our customers. • Partner with our Design team to bring polished, user-friendly interfaces to life. • Prototype, experiment, and iterate on new features to validate ideas and test assumptions. • Prioritise solutions with a high impact-to-effort ratio. • Regularly update the team on project progress, proactively communicate blockers, and seek out solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience across both front-end and back-end development. • Comfortable with technologies: JavaScript/ TypeScript, Python, React.js, Node.js, Git, Vercel, GCP. • Played a key role in at least two web-based products that have been live and actively maintained for a minimum of a year. • Bonus points if this experience includes FinTech or Web3. • Proficient in setting up and managing relational databases using SQL. • Experience building reliable, high-performance software. • Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and proactive in finding clarity. • Effective communicator and collaborator in an asynchronous, remote team environment.
