📋 Description
• Develop and deploy features across the platform for all devices. • Collaborate with the Founder to select tech stack and practices for high customer value. • Partner with Design team to create polished, user-friendly interfaces. • Prototype and iterate on new features to validate ideas. • Prioritize solutions with high impact-to-effort ratio. • Update the team on progress, communicate blockers, and seek solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience across both front-end and back-end development. • Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React.js, Node.js, Git, Vercel, GCP. • Played a key role in at least two web-based products live for a minimum of a year. • Bonus points for experience in FinTech or Web3. • Proficient in setting up and managing relational databases using SQL. • Experience building reliable, high-performance software. • Comfortable with ambiguous requirements, proactive in finding clarity. • Effective communicator and collaborator in an asynchronous, remote team environment. • Fluent conversational English is a must.
