• Create and execute a comprehensive community strategy aligned with the client goals, driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand advocacy. • Build and manage online communities across platforms, moderate channels (such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and others) and foster a positive and inclusive environment. • Oversee content creation and plan community campaigns to drive engagement and growth. • Organize and manage online and offline community events, and partner with influencers and community leaders. • Work with marketing, product, and development teams, collect and analyze community feedback, and provide insights to improve products and engagement strategies.
• Proven track record in delivering and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies in the web3 space. • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the web3/crypto industry, with a focus on community management. • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. • Proficiency with community management platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, and more. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Experience in content creation, including writing and light video editing. • Familiarity with the latest trends in blockchain, web3, and gaming. • Proven ability to analyze community data and optimize strategies for maximum impact. • Passion for crypto and a strong belief in its potential to change the world.
