• Take ownership of web3 game economies • Drive design and development of game economies • Ensure economy sustainability, player rewards, currencies, and content costs balance • Collaborate with a highly talented team • Provide insight for potential sales drivers • Create design documentation, mockups, and necessary documents • Analyze data to improve player experience and related KPIs • Develop simulations to test economy systems
🎯 Requirements
• Strong economic and analytical game design skills and expertise • 5+ years of game development experience with at least 3+ years as an Economy Designer or Analytics/Economist • Experience in creating and managing large spreadsheets and analyzing data • Experience in structuring and organizing yourself; experience leading a small dedicated team is a plus • Thorough understanding of game design, player motivations, and the impact of economies on players' needs and emotions • Analytical thinking with the ability to solve problems • Market knowledge and experience in monetization strategies • Passion for games, especially Battle Royales and PvP competitive games • Experience working with machinations is desirable • Ability to mentor junior members • A proven record of economy design • Web3 knowledge or work experience • AAA game work experience
