Description

• Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers on technical issues. • Investigate technical issues raised by clients and perform analyses. • Classify urgency of service incidents and escalate as needed. • Document work-arounds for known issues and improve responses to clients. • Collect context information of issues for further analysis or bug fixes in Jira.

Requirements

• Communication and collaboration are key in daily operations. • Proficiency in programming languages (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) is required. • Familiarity with RESTful and Websocket protocols is necessary. • Experience with monitoring & troubleshooting tools (Linux Shell Script, SQL, ELK (Kibana), Grafana). • Contribution to support tools for clients is encouraged.
