Requirements
• 5+ years of technical SEO experience, with a proven track record of success in improving organic search rankings and driving significant traffic growth. • Experience leading SEO optimization projects across multiple countries and languages. • Strong understanding of technical SEO, HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights to inform SEO strategy. • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related analytical field. • Project management skills to oversee multiple SEO projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to stay agile and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Continuously learning and adapting to new SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to maintain competitive advantage and drive innovation in SEO strategies. • Experience in the financial or lead generation industry is a strong advantage.
