• Concept and design solutions from brief to delivery • Lead projects independently or collaboratively • Collaborate with project Producer to deliver inventive work • Participate in pitching and winning new projects • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and monitor progress • Contribute to the culture at Bonfire Labs • Cultivate understanding of industry trends
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience • At least 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role • Experience in producing material is critical • Demonstrated mastery in digital tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, 3D, Cinema 4D, Premiere • Ability to provide clear creative direction and timely feedback • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to mentor and work effectively with team members
