Description

• Develop and maintain both client-side and server-side components of our Strategic Philanthropy platform, using JavaScript, React, PL/SQL, Java, and Node.js • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code. • Collaborate with product management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Provide feedback in peer code reviews and mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

• Practical experience in developing web applications, in a team environment or individually • Skilled in querying databases, with a strong understanding of data models and batch processing. • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with a track record of successfully identifying and resolving complex challenges • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into incremental technical solutions • In-depth experience with JIRA, pivotal or other tracking systems for management of user stories, tasks, and defects • Expertise with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
