• Manage accounting system for small businesses and non-profits using QuickBooks. • Apply accounting principles to process client’s information accurately. • Attend weekly meetings with clients to discuss financials. • Track and report client billing information in a timely manner. • Build and maintain positive working relationships with assigned clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, accounting/business-related degree preferred. • Minimum of five years of accounting/finance experience required. • Reside within 45 miles of local Bookminders’ office. • Experience with general ledger accounting software required, QuickBooks preferred. • Excellent communication and computer skills required. • Ability to work independently with precision and attention to detail. • Dedicated home office space and reliable internet connection required. • Ability to attend orientation/training and client meetings during normal business hours required.
