• Resolving customer issues during inbound contacts via phone, email, chat, and social media. • Making outbound contacts to customers to provide or obtain information needed to resolve issues. • Handling customer interactions in a way that ensures the highest number of issues are resolved on the first contact. • Providing customers with information on how Booksy Biz and Booksy for Clients work and their functionalities. • Informing customers about subscriptions, invoices, and payments. • Proposing solutions tailored to the needs of customers within the scope of services provided by Booksy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or working in a contact center, specifically handling inbound inquiries. • Experience in customer service within the tech industry (preferred). • Knowledge of English (preferred). • Strong knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, web browsers, and MS Office/GSuite. • Enjoyment in interacting with customers. • Excellent writing skills and a strong command of the Polish language. • Familiarity with communication and persuasion techniques. • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. • Quick learning ability. • Resilience under pressure and stress. • A focus on achieving goals. • Ability to quickly adapt to new situations. • Strong teamwork skills and a passion for collaborative work.
