Description

• As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating, monitoring and optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success operations for Booksy Western European Markets. • Lead a team of high performance operations professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. • Run team meetings, 1:1 sessions and provide ongoing feedback. • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience working with CRM, Automation tools, Data analysis and spreadsheets • Experience managing Operations teams or similar • Experience in tech, beauty or both is a major plus • Excellent English skills and desire to work within an international team (other languages are also very much appreciated!) • Experience in an international enviroments • A team player with excellent problem solving skills
