Description

• Develop the product strategy towards growing usage of both in-store and in-app payments solutions. • Define No-Show Protection strategy both in terms of further product development and its scaling and commercialization. • Work diligently to turn the product vision into reality. • Defining the mission of a given part of Booksy, main KPIs and defining and quantifying the main problems. • Take the lead in coordinating cross-functional teams to prioritize and plan efforts aimed at achieving product goals aligned with key performance indicators and business objectives. • Utilize data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate solutions. • Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize product backlogs to ensure timely and effective delivery. • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to drive the successful development. • Drive the development of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for our customers. • Provide mentorship and guidance (eg. sharing of experience, specific cases, anything that develops people with less experience) to junior and mid-level product managers.

Requirements

• Experience in the Product area with at least experience on a Senior Product Manager position, preferably in the payments domain. • Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools. • Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statement and effectively break them down into actionable steps, guiding the team towards efficient solutions. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision making. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (up to C-level). • A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. • Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking charge of product domain and the ability to work autonomously.
