Description

• Ongoing support and problem-solving related to tools used by the Sales, CS, and OPS teams (Salesforce, Zowie, Vonage). • Providing operational support for the Customer Success, Sales, and OPS teams. • Creating reports to monitor business performance. • Analyzing and proposing improvements to the Zowie chatbot. • Participating in the development of tools (Salesforce, Zowie, Vonage). • Analyzing service processes and suggesting improvements. • Migrating client databases from other systems to Booksy. • Conducting quality control for each database migration. • Identifying errors or issues in exported databases. • Collaborating with Product Experts to verify data accuracy. • Maintaining records of data imports and exports.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with Booksy/Versum systems. • Good command of English, minimum B2 level. • Ability to manage and control multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent skills in work planning and process management. • Confidence in making decisions in a dynamic environment. • Strong teamwork skills and an understanding of team goals. • Empathy and the ability to tailor solutions to meet others' needs. • Passion for the technical aspects of work and tools that support business operations. • A proactive attitude and the ability to independently recommend and implement solutions.
