• Booksy connects beauty, wellness and health professionals with local customers, powering millions of appointments annually. • Join a team of 800+ around the world building the fastest growing appointments marketplace. • Oversee and manage our global Accounting teams, ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP. • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems to support company growth. • Manage the company’s external audit processes, ensuring documentation is prepared accurately. • Ensure compliance with all debt covenants, financial regulations, and standards. • Mentor and develop a global team of accounting professionals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) • Minimum of 10 years experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in leadership positions • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls is a must • Chartered Accountant and/or Certified Public Accountant • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working is a fast-growth organization in a related industry (SaaS, Marketplace, broader tech) is desirable
