Read on for more. • In anticipation of the increasing scale and complexity of the business we’re now looking for a Staff Engineer (backend).

Requirements

• Expertise in specific technologies or product domains. • Proven ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex systems. • Architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions. • Leadership in guiding design decisions and discussions. • Continuously seek improvements and stay updated with new technologies. • Clear communication of complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. • Proficient in Python programming, with a comprehensive understanding of advanced features, and best practices. • Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks (preferably Vue.js). • Extensive experience with PostgreSQL database management system, including advanced querying, performance optimization, and database administration tasks. • Proficiency in writing comprehensive test suites, test automation. • Demonstrate a deep understanding of advanced architectural patterns, such as microservices, micro-frontends, and event-driven architecture, to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems. • Design, implement, and maintain containerized applications using Docker, and develop CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and delivery processes for scalable and reliable software releases. • Implement and maintain robust observability practices, including logging, monitoring, and alerting systems, to ensure real-time visibility into application performance, system health, and efficient troubleshooting.
