• Tripaneer is a fast-growing startup dedicated to enriching lives through unforgettable travel experiences. • Join us in creating a global leader in multi-day themed travel experiences. • We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. • Responsible for creating engaging organic social media content and contributing to performance marketing initiatives. • Develop, manage, and execute organic social media content that aligns with our brand and goals. • Play an active role in setting up, testing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Proven ability to develop engaging social media content. • Experience in managing and growing online communities, and engaging with followers. • 1+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns. • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Spanish, Dutch, German, or French is a plus. • Self-starter with efficient time management and strong problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with social media management tools like Later for scheduling and automating posts. • Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, or Socialbakers for tracking and analyzing performance. • Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Looker/Tableau.
