• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience as a creative director in advertising agencies. • 7+ years in a creative or art direction role within an advertising/creative agency. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects. • Strong understanding of video production, including storyboarding, directing, and collaborating on video edits. • Demonstrated experience leading projects across social media, web, display ads, and print media. • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate brand stories and achieve marketing goals. • Experience guiding and mentoring creative teams, with strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently.
