• Are you a design visionary with a passion for creating unforgettable visual experiences? • As the Creative Director – Visuals, you’ll lead the development of striking designs that bring the creative vision to life. • Your leadership will ensure that all visual concepts are executed to the highest standard and align with brand goals. • This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll directly influence the visual tone and aesthetics across multiple media channels.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience as a creative director in advertising agencies. • 10+ years of experience in a senior creative role preferably in an advertising/creative agency, used to its fast-paced setting and culture, with at least 5 years managing visual design teams in a brand-focused environment. • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, branding, and creative direction across a variety of platforms (digital, print, video). • The ability to develop innovative visual concepts that are both strategic and visually compelling, ensuring alignment with brand goals. • Proven experience managing creative teams, inspiring talent, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. • Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling. • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality visual assets that exceed expectations.
