• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience as a creative director in advertising agencies. • 7+ years in creative design, preferably in an advertising agency, used to its fast-paced setting and culture, with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise across digital and print media and an ability to tell stories through design. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, with strong skills in both layout and visual composition. • Extensive experience creating designs for digital and print, with a deep understanding of design principles for each medium. • Skilled at developing and pitching ideas with a clear, compelling narrative that connects with both clients and audiences. • Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, bringing a collaborative spirit and adaptability to fast-paced projects. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and adapt based on client and team feedback. • Exceptional attention to layout, alignment, and brand consistency, ensuring polished, professional work.
