• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or a related field. • Proven expertise in content creation, copywriting, and community management. • Fluency in English and Spanish, with exceptional writing skills in both languages. • Skilled in creating high-quality, engaging, and on-brand visual and written content. • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, TikTok for Business, and social media analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Notion. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, stay organized, and meet deadlines. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design) to drive initiatives forward. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure performance and derive actionable insights.
