Requirements
• Experience managing engineering teams of 5 or more people. • Fluent in coding with either C#, C++, Java or Rust • Business level English • Passion to create a psychologically safe environment. • Communication skill to clearly convey your idea to others. • At least three of the following: Experienced in managing managers, optimizing collaboration, assessing performance, nurturing team members, setting team priorities, writing tech blogs or conducting public speeches
