Requirements
β’ Experience to manage engineering teams of 5 or more people. β’ Fluent in coding with either C#, C++, Java or Rust β’ Believe in importance of writing clean, efficient code. β’ Business level English. β’ Proactive to propose ideas for improvements even if it is out of your immediate responsibility. β’ Passion to create a psychologically safe environment. β’ Communication skill to clearly convey your idea to others. β’ Understanding and appreciation for diversity.
