Requirements
• Experience to manage engineering teams of 5 or more people. • Fluent in coding with either C#, C++, Java or Rust • Believe in importance of writing clean, efficient code. • Business level English. • Proactive to propose ideas for improvements even if it is out of your immediate responsibility. • Passion to create a psychologically safe environment. • Communication skill to clearly convey your idea to others. • Understanding and appreciation for diversity.
