Description

• Develop and execute the product roadmap • Define product requirements and drive product development • Launch new products and manage SOWs • Analyze product performance and gather feedback for improvements

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working as a product manager in a SAAS environment • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and AGILE practices • Experience conducting gathering customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions • Ability to analyze and define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for developers • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer centric approaches • Good communicator with active listening skills, comfortable communicating in high stress environments • Demonstrated fluency in tools like MS Office Suite, JIRA, and Confluence • Experience working with cross functional teams and leading projects to delivery • Must have strong resilience and experience managing customer expectations
