• We’re looking for a UX Writer who can provide regular support in creating effective communication materials. • You will help us craft a consistent brand voice across all of our written assets. • This is an interdisciplinary role that will require you to collaborate across most, if not all teams within our organization. • Here are some examples of documents that you will work on: • External (customer-facing) • Customer instructions guides • Sales pages • Product copy • FAQ’s • Email templates • Internal (teams within Bordr and vendors) • Standard operating procedures (SOP’s) • Service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Native level of English language (US preferred) • Previous experience with copywriting and information architecture (UX) • UX skills - Since we work in a space known to be full of hard-to-understand jargon, we have an important job of distilling the noise into clear communications. In order to achieve this, you will need to be comfortable organizing content in such a way that it makes sense to the end-user. • Writing skills - You will need to select the appropriate words to clearly communicate the message in the Bordr voice. • Ability to write in a casual, yet professional (although not overly so) manner • Strong attention to detail • Good communication skills
