📋 Description
• Soporte técnico remoto y en terreno a los contratos de la división en faenas mineras, dando solución a usuarios respecto al uso de sistemas y resolver problemas técnicos en campo. • Contacto directo con clientes, para gestión de requerimientos de proyectos en faena. • Soporte al equipo comercial en la preparación de propuestas técnicas para nuevos proyectos. • Participación activa en todas las etapas del proyecto, desde levantamientos técnicos a la implementación y continuidad operacional. • Preparación de informes técnicos de fallas, y reportes al cliente. • Participación en discusiones técnicas de proyectos y soluciones internas de la división. • Capacitar a usuarios en el uso de las distintas soluciones de la división.
🎯 Requirements
• Técnico en electrónica, informática o carrera afin. • Experiencia en minería ( 2 años). • Experiencia en Arquitectura de redes, configuración de equipos, programación básica. • Licencia de conducir clase B ( mínimo 2 años de antigüedad). • Deseable Inglés B2. • Microsoft office. • Disponibilidad para viajes. • Debe residir en Antofagasta. • Conocimiento en proceso de aislamiento y bloqueo de energía en minería. • Conocimientos arquitecturas de red. • Conocimientos básicos en sistema operacional Linux.
