Description

• Lead and own three critical facets of learning programs • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Oversee end-to-end learning journey for learners • Provide trainers with resources and support • Develop detailed project plans for learning programs • Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills • 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably with L&D Departments • Experience in designing blended learning concepts • Strong problem-solving skills in consultancy/agency or B2B edtech • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills • Familiarity with enterprise client communication • Independent work style with high commitment • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies • Basic understanding of L&D and IT structures in large corporations • Ability to simplify complex knowledge for beginners in digital, analytical, and technical fields
