β€’ Lead and own three critical facets of learning programs β€’ Develop and maintain customer relationships β€’ Oversee end-to-end learning journey for learners β€’ Provide trainers with resources and support β€’ Develop detailed project plans for learning programs β€’ Facilitate live trainings with enterprise customers

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred β€’ Excellent written and spoken German and English skills β€’ 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably with L&D Departments β€’ Experience in designing blended learning concepts β€’ Strong problem-solving skills in consultancy/agency or B2B edtech β€’ Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills β€’ Familiarity with enterprise client communication β€’ Independent work style with high commitment β€’ Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies β€’ Basic understanding of L&D and IT structures in large corporations β€’ Ability to simplify complex knowledge for beginners in digital, analytical, and technical fields
