β’ Own and refine the admissions process, structured, data-driven, and customer-centric. β’ Design efficient, scalable admissions workflows that improve response times and decision-making. β’ Automate and digitize key steps in the admissions journey using CRM and workflow tools. β’ Analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing data-driven improvements. β’ Establish clear success metrics for admissions speed, family satisfaction, and process effectiveness. β’ Lead and manage a team of 3 Admissions Specialists, ensuring they have necessary tools and resources. β’ Develop clear admission criteria that align with the company's values and long-term goals. β’ Collaborate with Sales, Education, and Community teams to ensure admissions align with program expectations. β’ Manage family communications with transparency, empathy, and efficiency throughout the admissions process. β’ Work closely with Sales and Education teams to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to onboarding.
β’ 3-5 years of Experience in admissions, customer success, or operational roles requiring structured decision-making. β’ Structured thinker with the ability to design efficient, scalable processes. β’ Strong business acumen, understanding how admissions decisions impact the broader company strategy. β’ Expertise in workflow automation, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and process optimization. β’ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, able to identify and implement improvements. β’ Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex decisions in a clear, approachable way. β’ Strong English communication skill, in order to explain complex decisions in an approachable way. β’ Comfortable working with data-driven decision-making and performance tracking. β’ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work with Education, Sales, and Operations teams. β’ Experience in education or family profiling is a plus, but not required.
