Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience with Adobe products in a professional environment • Experience architecting and leading teams in launching enterprise platforms using a variety of Adobe technologies • Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform, as well as hands-on experience with one or more key modules RT-CDP, AJO, CJA and Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI, Attribution AI) • Experience implementing omni-channel personalization • Familiarity with using Adobe Journey Optimizer to create Campaigns and Journeys • Experience integrating with 3rd party systems such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Commerce, etc. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization; capable of communicating effectively with technical staff as well as with business and management • Experience with SQL databases and data management principles a plus • Familiarity with XDM System in AEP a plus • Experience working with AEP WebSDK, AEP Mobile SDK, along with batch and real time data ingestion a plus • Solid understanding of systems design, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, caching, CDN and persistence a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience
