• Bounteous x Accolite makes the future faster for the world's most ambitious brands. • Our services span Strategy, Analytics, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, Experience Design, and Marketing. • We are guided by Co-Innovation, our proven methodology of collaborative partnership. • Bounteous x Accolite brings together 5000+ employees spanning North America, APAC, and EMEA, and partnerships with leading technology providers. • Through advanced digital engineering, technology solutions, and data-driven digital experiences, we create exceptional and efficient business impact and help our clients win. • Role: AWS DevOps Engineer • Location: Remote - LATAM • Duration: 6+ Months Contract • Act as the first responder for internal tickets during work time. • Collaborate with development teams when needed to troubleshoot issues. • Under guidance from Senior Engineers perform upgrades, patches, and project work. • Onboard new applications by building CI/CD pipelines from existing templates. • Help document our runbooks, perform routine testing of runbooks. • Work with Developers on issues by reviewing logs, dashboards, and other monitoring tools. • Participate in larger projects and efforts with the team by taking on tasks related to improvements and new initiatives. • Research new tools and occasionally work on proof of concepts. • Contribute to our Infrastructure as Code repositories for Terraform and Ansible. • Test automation routinely and help improve documentation.
Requirements
• Experience with Linux fundamentals such as scripting, system tuning, and operations • Strong network troubleshooting skills • Must have good communication skills • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical role • Experience with some CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Github Actions, or Bamboo • Experience with Kubernetes and Dockerized applications • 3+ years working with AWS Cloud • Experience with monitoring applications in AWS and Kubernetes • Cloud, Linux, or Networking certifications (verifiable and not expired) • Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python • Computer Science background • Expertise in Kubernetes, EKS, Terraform, and CloudFormation, with experience in migrations to microservices • Knowledge of Hashicorp products (nomad, vault, terraform, consul)
