📋 Description

• Collaborate with legal team on employment law for a global company • Provide counsel on HR issues including terminations and compliance needs • Draft and review global employment-related policies and contracts • Manage legal risks related to employment practices • Develop training programs on global employment law matters

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR matters as in-house counsel or at a firm • J.D. and membership in good standing to one state bar • Deep understanding of equal employment and anti-discrimination laws • Familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives • Knowledge of Federal wage and hour law under the FLSA • Understanding of Employee benefits, ERISA plans, and equity grants • Experience in performance management and talent acquisition • Experience in employment-related litigation
