• Ensure smooth and effective onboarding of new editors. • Provide continuous learning opportunities and professional growth. • Analyze existing editor outputs and share constructive feedback through auditing. • Assist in recruitment efforts as necessary. • Collaborate with other departments to align training with company goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Thorough understanding of BoxBrownie.com 3D products and services. • Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software. • Ability to create and deliver training material in line with BoxBrownie.com standards. • Provide training and support to new and existing editors, including scheduling and logistics of training sessions. • Effectively understand all areas of BB and company policies to share skills with others. • Conduct relevant training as required according to the trainee and situation. • Conduct training follow-ups and trainee evaluations. • Highlight areas of improvement and develop strategic action plans. • Effectively communicate ideas with team leaders. • Direct report communication with the 3D Trainer Team Leader. • Drive training to the highest standard. • Assist with recruitment as required. • Work with other department managers to create training in line with company goals to achieve quality.
