📋 Description

• Maintain a thorough and detailed understanding of BoxBrownie.com products and services. • Keep accurate and updated training records. • Guide and monitor individual performance development through onboarding training, providing effective feedback and one on one coaching as required. • Communicate effectively with BoxBrownie.com Management. • Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying work process improvements. • Make recommendations to the management team on the current policies and procedures wherever applicable based on findings, presenting them clearly. • Provide reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities like reading professional publications. • Ensure compliance with policies by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal teams. • Monitor, drive and contribute to a positive team culture guide and monitor individual performance development through onboarding training, providing.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in customer interaction via calls, chats, and emails in relation to BB services. • Great people skills and natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively. • Comfortable providing feedback, including having those ‘uncomfortable’ conversations. • Professional organizational skills, knowledgeable in goal-setting practices including KPIs. • Problem-solving capabilities to create meaningful strategies to improve production support quality. • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft 365 - specifically Excel and pulling/reading data reports. • In-depth knowledge of BoxBrownie.com services, clients, workflow and company policies. • Flexible to changing policies and development within the role to adjust to our growing business needs. • Ability to work quickly with high task turnaround whilst maintaining high quality work. • Supervisor/Trainer/Management experience is beneficial.
