• Maintain a thorough and detailed understanding of BoxBrownie.com products and services • Keep accurate records • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities • Coordinate team meetings and team task lists • Provides reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information • Complete audit work by documenting findings clearly, fairly, respectfully and without bias • Makes recommendations to the management team on the current policies and procedures wherever applicable based on findings, presenting them clearly • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities like reading professional publications • Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; and identifying work process improvements • Ensures compliance with policies by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal teams • Communicate effectively with BoxBrownie.com Management • Monitor, drive and contribute to a positive team culture • Guide and monitor individual performance development through onboarding training, providing effective feedback and one on one coaching as required • Oversee, enhance and contribute to Production Support team workflow, productivity, and growth • Keep accurate and updated training records.
