• darwinLabs, a BP3 Global, Inc. company, is specialized in OutSystems development. • We are a tight group of passionate IT professionals who love building things that matter. • We strongly believe in Agile Software development and in using the best technologies to get the results that matter to our customers. • We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Senior Developer to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications using the OutSystems platform. • Responsibilities: • Design and build web and mobile applications using OutSystems, adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Create and maintain necessary technical documentation. • Perform code reviews to ensure quality and efficiency. • Collaborate with QA and testing teams to ensure proper functionality and performance. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in OutSystems development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in OutSystems development. • Strong understanding of web and mobile application development concepts. • Experience with Agile methodologies and development practices. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency with OO programming languages (C#, Java, etc) is a plus. • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Bonus points: • You’re open to new challenges; • Have solid knowledge about the tools you use; • Clear thinking and ability to think like a user; • Experience in Agile methodologies; • Able to understand complex topics, including business requirements.
