Description

•Lead implementation of Zone Advanced Billing alongside NetSuite. •Gather requirements, document and design process flows. •Configure the system and conduct user acceptance testing. •Consult on best practices across all functions of the job.

Requirements

•2-4 years of experience working with Zone Advanced Billing •At least 2 years of experience implementing NetSuite •Strong understanding of billing and revenue recognition processes •Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and designing business requirements documents •Knowledge of data migration best practices •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States. Therefore, said candidates must be eligible to travel to the United States for client engagements
