📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement new features and functionality for Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform. • Design and develop custom components within Salesforce Commerce Cloud's Page Designer. • Ensure components are reusable, scalable, and adhere to best practices. • Customize and extend the SFCC platform to meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain secure and efficient checkout processes. • Integrate various payment gateways to ensure seamless transactions. • Create and maintain code documentation. • Integrate SFCC with third-party systems, including payment gateways, ERP systems, and other e-commerce platforms. • Integrate third-party services and systems using Salesforce Commerce Cloud cartridges. • Develop and manage external API integrations to support business needs. • Ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity across integrated systems. • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end. • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. • Monitor site performance and provide recommendations for improvement. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce objectives. • Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical leadership. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Implement and manage automated testing solutions to ensure high-quality code. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SFCC platform. • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce development. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware). • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks. • Experience with SFCC Script, pipelines, and ISML templates. • Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and experience with API integrations. • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. • Understanding of web analytics and SEO best practices. • Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer Certification. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
