Description

• Lead and execute a diverse portfolio of enterprise-level projects focusing on e-commerce initiatives. • Reporting directly to the CEO, play a pivotal role in ensuring high-impact project execution. • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects across departments. • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define project scope. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and allocate resources. • Establish and standardize project management best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. • Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level projects, preferably within the eCommerce industry. • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project). • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different cultural and professional backgrounds. • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach. • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) are a plus.
