• Planung und Implementierung von Backup-Strategien • Integration und Kompatibilität mit Kundeninfrastrukturen • Kundensupport und technische Beratung zu Managed Backup-Produkten • Automatisierung von Backup-Prozessen • Überwachung und Troubleshooting von Backup-Prozessen • Entwicklung und Testen von Disaster Recovery-Plänen • Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zum Schutz der Backup-Daten • Krisenmanagement und Notfallunterstützung • Mitwirkung bei der Produktentwicklung des Managed Backup-Produkts • Schulung und Beratung von Teammitgliedern und Kunden zur Sicherstellung der besten Practices • Erstellung von Berichten über den Status der Backup-Systeme und -Prozesse
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Systemen und umfangreiches Wissen im Bereich Backup • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse • Weltoffene und sonnige Art
