• Brandability, Inc. is a family owned company in promotional products industry. • Seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative. • Responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over phone/digital channels. • Identify and prospect potential customers through various sources. • Engage in proactive sales conversations to understand customer needs and promote products. • Present product demonstrations or sales presentations to potential customers. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques. • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up support. • Meet or exceed sales targets by managing a sales pipeline and closing deals. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions. • Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and contribute to business growth. • Continuously enhance sales skills through training and self-development initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role. • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and processes. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Proficient in using CRM software or sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Experience in the industry or familiarity with the products/services offered is a plus.
