β’ Brandability, Inc. is a family owned company in promotional products industry. β’ Seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative. β’ Responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over phone/digital channels. β’ Identify and prospect potential customers through various sources. β’ Engage in proactive sales conversations to understand customer needs and promote products. β’ Present product demonstrations or sales presentations to potential customers. β’ Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques. β’ Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up support. β’ Meet or exceed sales targets by managing a sales pipeline and closing deals. β’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. β’ Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions. β’ Work with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and contribute to business growth. β’ Continuously enhance sales skills through training and self-development initiatives.
β’ Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role. β’ Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and processes. β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. β’ Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. β’ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. β’ Proficient in using CRM software or sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines. β’ Exceptional organizational and time management skills. β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. β’ Experience in the industry or familiarity with the products/services offered is a plus.
