• Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a similar sales role. • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and processes. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Proficient in using CRM software or sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Experience in the industry or familiarity with the products/services offered is a plus.
