📋 Description
• We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer to join our team. • You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. • You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business objectives. • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, and third-party software integrations. • Developing and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities through UI, Workflow, and Application development activities. • Implementing ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) solutions, including Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, and workflow administration. • Supporting the rollout of new applications, enhancements, and modules.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow SPM implementation, administration, configuration, and development. • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, technical design, and deployment. • Strong expertise in developing on the ServiceNow platform, including customizations and core application development. • 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML5. • Ability to generate detailed technical documentation. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience). • U.S. Citizenship required.
