🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Physical Therapist: Active PT license in Arizona. • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). • Experience: Minimum of 2 years, with a focus on geriatric, home health, or cardiopulmonary patients. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using telehealth platforms, EMR systems, and remote monitoring tools. • Passion for Patient Care: A strong desire to improve the lives of patients with chronic lung conditions.
